Four weeks on Wednesdays this June & July: June 15th & 29th — July 13th & 27th. There is a limit of 7 people per each class, sign up is available at the NRC front desk or by (413) 834-4127. You do not have to sign up for all four classes.
Potential topics we’ll cover: meal planning, personalizing your approach, eating on a budget, fiber & microbiome, food & pleasure, emotional eating & mindfulness, conversations on sugar, whole grains, stress & inflammation, & more! At the first session we will decide together what topics the group is most interested in & build from there! We look forward to seeing you there.
