Join us as Allie from The People’s Medicine Project leads a hands-on interactive workshop on the medicinal & healing properties of trees in wintertime. When we begin to miss the warmth & blooms of summer plants there are trees around us that are still green. In this workshop we will immerse ourselves in the medicine that trees like pine & spruce offer. We will make tea, sample homemade pine syrup, & create a bath salt with locally sourced ingredients. All participants will leave the workshop with a bath salt/foot soak. We look forward to seeing you there.
