Recovery Dance is held every Wednesday from 4:30pm-5:45pm & Saturdays from 2pm-3:30pm
Recovery is a process that develops in the body as much as the mind, emotion, & spirit. Recovery Dance sessions aim to support this idea in a healthy & enjoyable way. Classes begin with an easy, gentle warm-up drawing from modern/contemporary dance, yoga, Tai Chi, & even astrology. Sessions then move into improvisational freestyle dance & fun, spontaneous jamming. All Are Welcome!
Open to everyone, no dance experience needed.

Recovery integrated exercise & dance with an openness to nature & spirituality.
Facilitated by Januar Ciel, a seasoned dancer & teacher with extensive experience in both professional & community dance.
